To keep your employees engaged, inculcate the sense of ownership within them

In your workplace, give room for your employees to get connected with the resources(both material and immaterial ) psychologically.

Let the psychological factors be cognitive and affective. Stock option ownership is the best example to explain the concept of ownership.
