Just thinking about the quality of your Sleep, will have an effect

Sleep is the main source of energy for any living being. The lack of Sleep can lead to many diseases and many of us are aware of it. But the new concept is furthermore interesting to know is the perception about how we sleep will have more effect than how we sleep.

The more we think we have quality sleep, we tend to perform better and the more we think we don’t will have a worse effect on our performance.
