HR as a Brand Ambassador

As the Marketing deals with 4Ps’ as People, Price, Product and Place,  HRs do deal with the same 4Ps as :

People and Product : Recruitment and Retention
Price : Compensation Management
Place : Workplace

The more innovation and creativity the HR brings in their process determines the success of the organization.

Why : 

To meet the expanding needs of Business/industry/market, HR cannot just be an approver or a contributor. HR has to elevate to the role of Business Partner.

How : 

Communication is the Key and the name of the Key is Empathy. HR has to tap the needs of their internal customers before the customers claim them as a right.

Create a workplace where its culture and climate encourages Fun, Trust and creativity
