Every organization has the Term “Appraisal” and it is being carried out as a ritual every year. And how far it is being used as a successful tool for the development of the employee and organization is a big question without the process of Continuous Feedback.
Every year mostly during April and May this Appraisal process is carried out. The expectations/target/goal which is fixed in the last year are evaluated with the continuous feedback mechanism which happens at regular intervals.
