4 Strategies for Keeping Anxious Thoughts at Bay

  1. Impose Structures: Make a to-do list. Put the harder job first and finish it off.
  2. Reduce or Eliminate Physical Stressors: Eat, Drink and Sleep well. Alcohol will not reduce anxiety.
  3. Exercise Regularly : This aids to mental performance
  4. Slow Down : Nature takes its own time. why we go against nature?
